The OPWC Mega Community Day was a total success with participation of several of the most recognized players of the Championship so far.
The chat session was a lot of fun and all the players and the staff had a great chance to talk about the future of the OPWC and the coming promos and tourneys for the participants. Everybody agreed on the idea that the Mega Community Day is definitely an event to keep, given the great results on strengthening the link as players of the same competition and building a real community feeling.
The first poker tourney began at Carbon Poker with a private Sit n’ Go where players like the current Ranking Leader “4Soul” along with other well-known competitors like “Worktopay” “JackbauerAK” “DhernandezQ” “OPWCblackjack” and “Foxiefox” met at the table to test each other on our favorite game. After 40 minutes of nice and friendly Hold’em action “DhernandezQ” made it to the first position defeating “Foxiefox” in the Head-Up.
The PKR Poker Tournaments were full of adrenaline as well; the $50 freeroll was for “Mattejat” who took the first place after facing “Steph” a duel of astonishing female grinders who displayed all their skills on the game. The winner was awarded with $32 while Steph received $18.
But the tourney with the biggest prizepool of the Mega Community Day was still to come and once again these two ladies played the Heads-Up. “Steph” was able to leave the results even by winning against her Mega Day Nemesis “Mattejat” and took home $100 for her efforts, becoming the biggest winner of the event.
